These prevents new wrinkles from forming and makes the existing ones softer. As the treatment we use is a prescription only medication it has to be administered by appropriately trained professionals after a face to face consultation and not everyone is suitable to have it done. The treatment takes effect  after about 2 weeks post treatments and last for 3-4 months.

Apart from wrinkle prevention they can be used to relax muscles in order to allow them to get smaller and reduce their pull action. Examples of this include masseter muscle slimming (angle of the jaw) where it can reduce the muscle bulk to make the jaw appear smaller and more feminine. At the same time it also helps to reduce its power to stop excessive teeth grinding. Another example would be neck treatment where it reduces the pull on the lower face and reduces the appearance of jowls/turkey neck. The effects of those treatments are visible after about a month and lasts about 4-6 months.
