FACIAL FILLERS
Dermal fillers are hyaluronic act based gels which are injected into the skin to provide volumising and lifting effect. Hyaluronic acid occurs naturally in the body and is broken down by it as well. This is why the treatments are not permanent, with results lasting from 6-18 months depending on the area of the face and type of filler used.
We use the top of the range Juvederm and Teosyal products, with different volumes and densities available to best suit your face and keep you looking fresh and natural. They can be used for many facial areas including lips, cheeks, nose to mouth lines, marionette lines, peri-oral sculpting, tear troughs, jawline, chin and even the nose. Because of that they can be used both for transformative sculpting and for anti-ageing purposes.
We use a numbing cream before all filler procedures to help with discomfort and all our products contain local anaesthetic to alleviate the pain after the procedures.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
There are several circumstances in which we won't be able to treat you with fillers:
- if you are allergic to any filler ingredients or to local anaesthetic
- if you have cold sores/skin infection at the site where you want to be treated
- if you are pregnant or breastfeeding
- if you are under 18 (with or without parental consent)
